Hosting and connection data
The website is hosted by Render Services, Inc., USA. Static pages and self-hosted media are served through a global content delivery network (CDN). A separate forms server is planned in Frankfurt; the CDN and service providers may also process data outside the EU. Requests involve IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, browser/device details and technical error data. Processing supports secure delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our application does not write form contents to server logs. According to Render’s contractual documents, necessary transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cookies, fonts and media
This version does not integrate analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Fonts, images, videos, the sample PDF and audio sample are served by this website; no Google Fonts, YouTube or Instagram scripts are embedded. No non-essential cookies are set and no usage profiles are created. Separate German and English pages provide the language switch without storing a language preference in your browser.
Contact enquiries
The contact form processes your name, email address, selected topic and message. Required fields are necessary to handle and answer your enquiry. Processing serves your enquiry and, where applicable, steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); other enquiries are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your details are sent to my business inbox and handled internally. They are not published or automatically added to a marketing list. You can also email daniel@lordsonsystems.de directly.
Interest in upcoming offers
When you register interest, your email address, selected topics (e-book, ApplyWise, personal AI mentoring and/or audiobook), language, and the time and version of your consent are sent to me as an internal email. The purpose is to manage your interest personally and inform you about the offers you selected. The legal basis is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent no registration is made; you can still use the rest of the website. No external newsletter management tool is connected. You may withdraw consent at any time, including for individual topics, by emailing daniel@lordsonsystems.de or datenschutz@lordsonsystems.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Submitting the form does not verify ownership of the email address; the form does not trigger an automated confirmation email or campaign.
Email processing
The forms server uses Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) for technical email delivery. Resend processes message content, sender/recipient details and technical delivery information. The receiving business inbox is provided by iCloud Mail (Apple). No Resend newsletter list is created. Resend stores customer, message and delivery data in the United States; its stated retention for email and log data on Free, Pro and Scale plans is 30 days. Resend identifies EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additionally the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as transfer safeguards. Technical abuse prevention
Network identifiers are processed temporarily in the forms server’s memory to limit repeated submissions. A form field hidden from people helps identify simple automated entries. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in a secure, available service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No external CAPTCHA or tracking service is embedded.
Recipients and international processing
Technical recipients are the hosting provider, the activated email delivery service and the business inbox provider. Processing outside the European Economic Area must meet Articles 44 onwards of the GDPR. Relevant provider information about processing agreements, subprocessors and transfer safeguards is linked above. Your information is not sold.
Retention
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as required to handle them and necessary follow-up questions, subject to statutory retention duties. Expressions of interest are retained until withdrawal, the purpose ends or entries that are no longer needed are deleted. Necessary consent and withdrawal records may be retained to fulfil legal duties or defend legal claims. No separate website database is maintained.
External links
Links to other websites, particularly the RealBehind case study, open services run by other controllers. Their scripts and content are not embedded automatically. Their privacy information applies when you follow a link. The Instagram profile @lordsonsystems is only referenced in the machine-readable page data. No Instagram widget or script is loaded, and visiting this website does not transfer any data to Instagram. Meta’s privacy information applies only once you open Instagram yourself.
Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), including the North Rhine-Westphalia Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
